When Amos Lee rolled into Red Rocks in August 2014 he had been on tour for almost a year in support of his fifth studio album Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song, but this concert in particular was something special. His first headlining date at the legendary venue, and backed by the Colorado Symphony with arrangements composed just for that evening. Lucky for us, the experience was captured. Live at Red Rocks was released on June 16th and is a 14 track career spanning set.

Wow what an amazing record!! I can't get enough of it. Perfect songs and I like some improvisation in the songs. Perfect!! Look forward to meet him again in The Netherlands and also look forward to a new record!

This album has been a long time coming. I have been privileged to see Amos Lee perform 21 times over the last 8 years. The Red Rocks concert wiht the Colorado Symphony was pure magic. Each time I listen to the Live album, it takes me back to that night. A moment captured in time on a record that I can relive any time I choose.
